Your New Role:
We have the perfect opportunity for a Development Services Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis!
As the Development Services Manager, you will lead and manage the development assessment and Development Engineers to deliver streamlined, transparent, timely and accurate development assessment.
You will be responsible for managing the process of providing development information to the community, responding to development related requests and enquiries, and processing development and subdivision related applications.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning and demonstrated ability and experience in development assessment and complex development matters.
You will possess sound knowledge and understanding of the planning system and demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage, supervise and influence staff.
You will have superior communication skills with a strong customer service focus and be able to work in a challenging high pressured environment m meeting all deadlines.
