A fantastic full time opportunity has become available for an Executive Officer to join Kempsey Shire Council.As the Executive Officer, you will manage and provide executive, administration and project support to the Director Utilities and act as the Executive point of contact for the Utilities Directorate.What you will be doingAct as the Executive point of contact for the Utilities Directorate.Liaise with stakeholders, coordinate information and action internal and external requests.Coordinate development of and reporting on Directorate Utilities activities.Manage high level correspondence to ensure accurate and timely communications are provided (i.e. extensive email/inbox/written correspondence management for the Director, monitoring of the quality of communications and outstanding correspondence within the Directorate).Manage diaries for the Director Utilities for internal and external appointments/meetings.Undertake project assignments as delegated by the Director Utilities.Supervise and administer minor projects, grant programs and contracts.
