looking for a highly motivated Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Manager to join our organisation.Reporting to the Manager Corporate Performance, the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with staff across the organisation to coordinate and take ownership of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting program, including but not limited to: the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, Operational Plan, Annual reporting, Benchmarking, Service Reviews, Special Rate Variations and any other corporate performance related initiatives or projects as and when they arise.What you will be doingCoordinate the preparation and reporting of Council’s annual Integrated Planning and Reporting process, including the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, Operational Plan and corporate KPIs.Prepare Part A and B of the Annual Report including publishing and distributing.Prepare and publish quarterly corporate performance reports to Council.Coordinate and manage service reviews, benchmarking and corporate projects.Working with a large cross section of stakeholders to deliver the above.For a full list of the Key Accountabilities of the role, please refer to the Position Description.About You: The Successful Candidate To be successful in this role, you possess the following:Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business Administration or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent competence.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in corporate planning, and corporate performance management and reporting.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing corporate projects.Highly developed written and oral communication skills combined with a proven ability to negotiate andInteract on complex and sensitive issues.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work easily with large volumes of data in both Excel and Word.Organised and proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.The
