The incumbent will also be responsible for policy development, specification/standards review and capital works project design and investigation.Required skills & experience To be successful in this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in engineering (or a related discipline); demonstrated experience in water and waste-water asset planning and project management; and experience in the management of consultants and contracts.You will also possess superior communication skills; and sound facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
